Rental Program FAQs
Please be advised that for Rentals ordered online valid credit card information will be requested by one of our agents in order to complete Rental Agreement. Your credit card will not be charged extra unless you keep your Rental product longer than the rental term ordered online.
The rental agreement will be extended automatically at the end of the current term unless advised otherwise by the customer. After the first month, the weekly rental option is available upon the customer's request. Please call our Customer Service at info@medixshop.ca to arrange an optional weekly rental before the conclusion of the first month's rental.
For deliveries outside this area please call our Customer Service to make arrangements.
